What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?
Inklore accepts all electronic payments through PayPal. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have an account, and it’s quite easy to set up. Money orders and personal checks are also accepted, but items cannot ship until your check clears. Also, items paid by PayPal eChecks will not ship until PayPal clears the funds (usually this takes 4-6 days. If you have questions about online payment through PayPal, just contact Inklore for assistance.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, I do take overseas orders. Inklore items are shipped via USPS International First Class. Please contact me if the item(s) you are interested in do not yet list international shipping.
How Long Until My Items Arrive?
Inklore items usually ship within 4 business days of order placement. If this is not the case (for example, if Sam is sick and can’t get to the Post Office), you will be notified immediately. If an item is made to order, that will be noted on the item's description.
What About Custom Orders?
Inklore does indeed take orders for custom work at this time. Simply contact me if you would like something made especially for you.
What Type of Shipping and Handling Do You Offer?
All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
A confirmation will be sent to your email when your item has shipped. If you would like to receive your items more quickly, please contact me and I'll make it happen!
Timeframe for packages shipped domestically is 1-4 business days from deposit at Post Office.
How Is Shipping Calculated?
My shipping rates are very reasonable. If you are concerned about shipping rates calculated for your item, please contact me.
What Is Your Return/Refund Policy
I offer a refund/return policy on the full price of the item if it is unused and in saleable condition within ten days of ship receipt. I do not refund shipping. I reserve the right to deny returns if the item has been worn or used and is no longer in new or saleable condition. I strive to make your shopping experience a happy one. Please note that I ship with delivery confirmation, and cannot be held responsible for missing or lost items if the item has been sent to the correct address. If you would like to insure the item for a small extra fee, please contact me so that I may update your invoice.

I gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
